How do I log in?

Use the institutional email address and password provided by your CCS administrator. Your role (Faculty, Program Chair, or Dean) is assigned when your account is created.

I forgot my password.

Click Forgot password? on the sign-in form. A reset link will be sent to your registered institutional email address within a few minutes.

What can I do after logging in?

Faculty — submit assigned tasks and track document status.
Program Chair — review, endorse, and forward documents to the Dean.
Dean — approve or return documents for revision, and create tasks.

My account is locked. What should I do?

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact the CCS office directly to have it unlocked.

I don't have an account yet.

Accounts are created by the Dean or Program Chair. If you are a new faculty member, ask your Program Chair to send you an invitation link to complete your registration.
